Applying to Affiliate with Vampire High

If you want to affiliate with VH you need to follow the following criteria;
1. Site must be active (we don't want to affiliate with dead sites)
2. You must have at least 20 members
3. You must put our button up on your website (if this does not happen, your button will be taken down)
4. Your button must be 88x31
5. Your site cannot have any profanity etc. on it
I will be looking at each site before you are selected to be an affiliate. Then you will receive this button, made by the wonderous Moodz
